I'm convinced the oldest people are the strongest.
Like me, my co-student Sarah Parrish sees a future, a day where what we wish for may or may not come true.
She lived through her mother transitioning from VP to unemployed. She lived through her mother's re-entry into higher education, and into a new life.
Like her, I see a future. Even if it's not quite what we want.
We are intrepid. We carry on.
