i took my french final, and it was the longest test (i'm not exaggerating) that i have ever taken, not including the SAT.
we had 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete the test, and i only got out 15 minutes early. the first part of the test was oral and written. then we had 150 multiple choice questions, which means that we turned in two scantrons plus the oral/written packet. yikesapea. i think i did well on it. i just hope i get an A in the course, and i think i probably will. then all i need to do is get an A in either english or polisci (or BOTH) and i'll still have a 3.6 when i go to austin! sweet. oh yeah, and i also need to make sure i get a B in history.
i guess that's about all happening here. tommorow is mother's day, so a. joyce, u. tim, mom, grandma, and granddad went out to eat today to celebrate. mom and a. joyce gave grandma 2 hours of housework for mother's day. i called mom this morning at about 11:10 or so on her cell phone, and the phone got passed around so that i could talk to people. i spoke w/mom (of course), grandma, and aunt joyce. grandma and aunt joyce seemed a bit mad at me, i have no clue as to why. then again, maybe i'm just imagining things.
*sigh* i hope they're not angry.
i saw a t-shirt on the internet with the message "Nobody Likes A Vegetarian" across the front. heh. suit yourself, punk.
on monday may 16 i will meet the lady at FACE. i wonder what i should wear. i will probably get all dolled up in my new interview duds and then arrive, precariously overdressed. oh, well. i suppose it is better to appear overdressed than underdressed, but even that rule is changing.
i'm gaining weight. grrr...
i went to the pool day before yesterday, and i will go to the pool again. dun dun dun.
