routine in baby steps
I'm having trouble keeping up a routine. Just realized that maybe I don't need an all day routine.
Maybe it can be hour by hour, or just for the afternoon. Baby steps.
So if I say, "I'll do x, y, and z," it's just for a little while.
That makes more sense to my rebel brain.
