There's a YouTube channel that features two friends (one filmmaker, and one therapist,) as they watch movies and discuss.
This particular video is about ADHD in the film Elf.
My two biggest takeaways:
"Filmmaking and therapy? Basically the same thing. We're tricking people into feeling things."
"Even more than your average person, you have to find a thing you're passionate about, or you WILL lose interest."
